Delete account and data
Trypup works without an account. If you created one, you can delete it and all associated data at any time.
1) In the app (fastest)
- Open the Trypup app.
- Go to Profile → Account (or Settings → Account).
- Tap "Delete account" and confirm.
This permanently removes your account (email, identifier) and the cloud backup of your saved progress.
2) By email (if you no longer have the app)
Email us from the address you registered with at support@trypup.life with the subject "Account deletion request". We will delete your account and data within 30 days and confirm the deletion.
What data is deleted
- Email address and account identifier (authentication).
- Cloud backup of saved progress (dog, training, daily progress, purchased features).
Data stored only locally on your device is removed by uninstalling the app. See our Privacy Policy for more.
