1. Acceptance
By downloading and using the Trypup app you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.
2. Service description
Trypup is an educational simulator of dog care for education and entertainment. It is not a substitute for veterinary, training or other professional care of a real animal. In-app information (costs, vaccinations, articles) is indicative.
3. No veterinary advice
Health and cost content is general and educational. For a real dog, always follow the advice of a licensed veterinarian.
4. Premium and payments
The app offers optional paid features (Premium subscription and individual breeds) processed via the App Store / Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in the respective store. We donate a share of revenue to partner shelters.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the app, spoof GPS data, decompile it or break applicable law.
6. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages from its use. Nothing limits consumer rights under Czech and EU law.
